Com o retorno dos desfiles presenciais, as semanas de moda internacionais voltam a chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 pelas passarelas, mas tamb\u00e9m pelo <\/span>street style<\/span><\/i>. Essa semana foi a vez de Nova York, a primeira do calend\u00e1rio oficial da moda. J\u00e1 falei aqui do <\/span>estilo das mulheres francesas<\/span><\/a>, e tamb\u00e9m dos <\/span>homens italianos<\/span><\/a>. Hoje aproveito o gancho da NYFW para falar sobre o modo de vestir caracter\u00edstico das nova-iorquinas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quando pensamos na cidade de Nova York, \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel n\u00e3o relacion\u00e1-la com o movimento, o forte cen\u00e1rio cultural, neg\u00f3cios e um conceito mais cosmopolita. O estilo da mulher nova iorquina que permeia nosso imagin\u00e1rio reflete estas caracter\u00edsticas, e \u00e9 frequentemente representado nas produ\u00e7\u00f5es audiovisuais que t\u00eam a moda e a cidade como pano de fundo. S\u00e9ries como <\/span>Sex and the city <\/b>e filmes como <\/span>O diabo veste Prada<\/b> s\u00e3o um pouco respons\u00e1veis pelas imagens que criamos sobre a rela\u00e7\u00e3o destas mulheres com o vestir.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

O estilo da <\/span>new yorker <\/span><\/i>com certeza abra\u00e7a o aspecto cosmopolita e moderno da cidade. O visual desta mulher \u00e9 extremamente urbano e arrojado, elegante, e quase sempre com um toque de criatividade \u2013 que tem tudo a ver com a atmosfera de arte e cultura do lugar. Elas t\u00eam esse ar de quem \u00e9 completamente conectada com o mundo ao redor e ao agora (mesmo que haja muito espa\u00e7o para o vintage no arm\u00e1rio).\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Independente da express\u00e3o pessoal do estilo de cada uma, que n\u00e3o podemos ignorar, o que elas t\u00eam em comum \u00e9 essa coisa de parecerem naturalmente descoladas e seguras de si. A alfaiataria contempor\u00e2nea \u00e9 um dos principais elementos do estilo da mulher de NYC, e tamb\u00e9m o que ajuda a formar essa imagem <\/span>cool <\/span><\/i>e sofisticada. Elas tamb\u00e9m gostam muito das refinadas coordena\u00e7\u00f5es de cores neutras, com um toque colorido para acrescentar mais energia e criatividade.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de todos estes elementos, as nova iorquinas s\u00e3o mestras em uma arte que eu aprecio demais quando o assunto \u00e9 vestir. Elas dominam o chamado <\/span>hi-lo<\/span><\/i>, essa t\u00e9cnica, digamos, de fazer misturas incr\u00edveis com pe\u00e7as caras e grifadas e outras mais baratas, garimpadas em brech\u00f3s, lojas de departamentos e afins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No fim das contas, acredito que o que realmente faz o estilo <\/span>new yorker<\/span><\/i> \u00e9 a capacidade quase natural de fazer estas misturas na medida \u2013 mesmo porque a cidade \u00e9 isso, um pouco de tudo \u2013 e a inabal\u00e1vel confian\u00e7a nas pr\u00f3prias escolhas.<\/span><\/p>\n
